Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee with payment required before a new appointment can be scheduled.
