I strive to offer personalized and dedicated service to each client. To ensure that I can manage my schedule effectively and accommodate everyone’s needs, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice: There will be no charge. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any fee.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs associated with last-minute changes and compensates for the missed opportunity to serve other clients.

• No-shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify me beforehand, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. This policy helps manage my schedule and ensures that my time is respected.
